Tierra Y Mar Crew was founded by Katrina Walford, a recruitment professional with over 20 years of experience placing talent across competitive industries — and more than 6 years dedicated entirely to the world of yachting.
Katrina understands both sides of the equation — what owners and captains need when searching for reliable, qualified crew at short notice, and what crew members are looking for when building a career at sea.
